There is no adjustment to the temperature as this machine uses an electronic temp sensor.  You could have a clogged condenser, bad condenser fan, machine against the wall, or low freon.  If you are low on freon your evaporator in the can module may have frozen solid.  You could also have a can that fell onto the fan and caused the evaporator to freeze.  The only way to tell any of these things is to take the machine apart.

Start by removing the metal panel in front of the compressor.  You will see this panel when the door is open and you look at the area behind where the delivery bin normally sits.  This metal panel is secured with two screws on both ends and is probably stuck to the floor of the cabinet with syrup.  Remove the screws and pull the panel out.  This will expose the compressor and wiring in the bottom of the cabinet.  You will see the fan motor in the back blowing air through the condenser and out the back of the machine.  Is the compressor running and can you see the fan running?  Turn the machine off and see if you can see dirt on the condenser fins after the fan has stopped turning.  You need to clean the condenser if you can see dirt on it by blowing compressed air (not canned air) in through the back to blow the dirt out.  If the fan was never turning but the compressor dome was hot, then the fan motor is bad and must be replaced.  This would cause the compressor to overheat and short cycle.  While you have the fan out, drag a hair comb at a 90 deg. angle to the condenser fins and clean the dirt off of it.

If the fan and compressor are running and the condenser is not clogged and the machine was not up against the wall, then you need to check the evaporator.  Above the area of the compressor and below the can dispensing doors you will see a metal panel on the front of the unit.  Loosen the three screws in the upper edge of this panel and slide it off the screws.  Behind this metal panel is a styrofoam panel.  Slide the stryofoam down and out of the vertical channels it's in.  This will expose the evaporator area.  If you see that the evaporator is a frozen block of ice you know where your problem is.  This ice can be caused by low freon, a bad evaporator fan or a can blocking the fan blade.

Turn the machine off and put your hand up inside and to the back of the right side of the evaporator air duct and feel for a can on the fan assy.  If you can't feel a can then leave the machine off for a day so it can defrost.  Go back the next day and see if a can is laying on the fan.  If no can is blocking the fan, then turn the machine on and listen to see if the evaporator fan is running.  If not you will need to replace it.  If it is running then you need to have a certified vending refrigeration tech come out to recharge your compressor.  One thing to note is if there is any standing water in the evaporator area, this can be the cause of your ice.  There is a drain tube in the left rear corner of the evaporator area that can get clogged.  The drain hose can also get clogged so this is a good time to check them.

You can now reinstall the styrofoam, the metal panel and secure the three screws at the top of the panel.  If you need any parts for this machine you can send me a PM and I can help you out with them.

Woow!!! I didn't expect an answer this fast. Thank you very much I really appreciate it.

Ok, I check the compressor, and is good, the fan is running and there is some dirt on the condenser, nothing major there.

Then I open the evaporator area.......    I found that it has some ice build up.

I will leave the machine unplugged all the weekend. so you suggest that at this point I call a technician?

Thanks for your help

Now that the forum is back up I can post again. You need to leave the machine off so it won't freeze again before you have a tech look at it. As long as you have properly reassembled it then after it's recharged you should be good to go.
