We have changed out almost every part of a Vendo 721 from parts on hand from a working machine. The programming sequence is without error. All coil motors show 24VDC but none turn. Display shows money inserted...then shows vend after selection...then no action. Area Vendo rep says never heard of this in 10 years on the job?? Has anyone else had such a situation?

You might have a bad logic board or a bad drop sensor. Can you do a test vend and will any motor run? If they run in test mode will the motor stop with any impact on the delivery chute?
