Hi, I am not an owner of a machine yet, I am looking to take the leap and would like some advice as to what I need to have before a locate my first machine. Like do I need city permits? How do I find a charity to work with? and is there any paper work or computer software to help me with keeping track of my taxes? Any other info would be greatly appreciated thank you.
Depending on your state there are different regulations. If you visit bulkvending.blogspot.com you will be able to find a few articles relating to each states laws. I operate in Illinois and Missouri under a national charity. I yet have been asked for permits because its for a charity cause. Depending on the size of your city you may want to locate yourself by just walking door to door with a machine and ask the business owners to donate a spot for one of your machines, however you may want to use a national locator most of them charge 50.00. Bulk vending is not a business where you will get rich quick it takes time to pay off all of your overhead expenses. I operate 100 locations and It will take me about 12 months before I pay off all overhead.
any questions

For those who are interested in vending business, I try to pass on the fact that we more healthier food in vending machine for our kids. There multiple companies out their that will assist you with all of your needs and questions as far as permits and such. Do a google on "organic and natural vending locations".

Hi Caserri,
No, Iam not an employee of vendnatural but the person that runs the company was someone that I talked to early this year. I offered to pass the word about healthy food to push more vendors to get into the healthy snack for our kids. I have 2 daughters that started public school about 6 years ago, I just hate to see my kids exposed to the unhealthy products. This is one way to get people that wanted to start in the business to realize that they can "kill 2 birds with one stone" because our kids are the one thats hurting........

Well the machines sure are nice looking! I run a forum as well (link below) My membership is mostly bulk vendors however we have a small community of full liners there too. Feel free to spread the word to them as well.
caserri,
Thank you for the info. I agree that the machines are attractive. They did a good job with it. Hopefully that can get some attention from the new comer to the business. I will sign up with VENDiscuss.com and post it there also.
I hope, eventually all vendors will support the use of natural healthy snacks in their business. The products might be pricy but I do think it's worth it for our kids.
