I was offered a route of 50 machines all within 30mins from each other for $6000. That is $120 per machine. He claims that he averages $30-40 per machine. So this means that he is picking up $1500 to $2000 a month. All the machines are the ultravend triple heads. Does this sound like a deal or a Lie with what he brings in?
What do I need to do before buying over a route? Any advices on how to tell if they really bring in that much?
Deal or No Deal?

Kaiwa:
Why would someone making 1500/month or $18K per year sell out for $6K or one third it's cash value, let alone the machnie value? Sounds like a deal too good to be true, which means you should run from this deal.
Regards,
Philo
Remember- if the deal seems to good to be true- it probably is too good to be true.

Never take anyones word for how much a route brings in. This goes for any business. First, show you are a serious investor and have the means to purchase their business. Once they see you are serious and straight up and have the capability to give them what they want (money, time, and freedom), they will be glad to show you paperwork, documented income and even invite you to go with them on collection and service day if the business actually is doing what they are verbally stating!
