Ok, this question is for the big dogs on this forum.

My first goal is to have my route pay for my monthly expenses. :D

So, how many machines do you think it would take to make $600/month profit?

I operate all triple vend machines. I'm going to find out sooner or later, but it looks you guys have enough machines to easily make much more than this.

THANK YOU for you responses and congratulations to anyone already at this level!!!!!

Hey Ecoast,
I have around 100 machines and my average is around $13 per location. So $1300 Monthly. Of that around $900 is profit. So there you go. About 70 machines would give you $600 of profit. Granted, I haven't begun replacing my crap locations yet. But I will soon. My goal was to get to 100 machines before I began replacing. Anyway, I hope this helps. Check my sites out, maybe you could have your own blog on my site since you seem so eager. Good luck.

Rob

Thanks for the response, Candyman.

Do you operate triple vend machines, single heads or a mix of both?

Do you place your machines or use a locator?

How long have you been vending?

Is anyone else making over $600/month(profit)?

I started about 4 months ago. I started with triples, then moved to doubles, and now I'm on singles, see a trend there?

I do use a locator. My first 20 machines were located myself but then I found it prudent to hire a locator, and boy am I glad that I did. It has made things so much easier.

I hope this helps.

Thanks, it definetly helped. I've been thinking about using a locator, might give it a try. I have 27 machines now so that would definetly help in getting up towards 70.

But just to clear it up, did you get rid of your triple and double heads?

I'm wondering if since I have triple vends instead of singles, that I might need less machines to achieve those numbers???

Thanks again

Homie123, what kind of machine are you using?

$300 per stop is awesome, how often do you service a stop?

Is the $300 profit or total it takes in?

Good numbers either way though, congrats!
