I have bought a number of machines from their retail side. I had nothing but problems with the machines I bought, so they sent a tech to my locations on two occassions and I was able to observe a lot of repairs. Tech was a nice guy. Repairs were easy once I saw them once. This was a a number of years ago. Now looking back, the one thing that I think would help the most would have been learning how to configure machines, like how to set up two spirals on one motor etc... so you can vend larger products etc... This for me is the hard stuff, most repairs are really all about plugging wires in and replacing parts. If you can hook up a stereo, you can make most vending machine repairs.
