I see Dixie Narco 501e and 600e machines for sale that are cleaned up and working well for sale @ $1,150. I think I can at least get them for $800. Is it worth it to pay over $1k for a reliable working machine that will go into a good location (50 employees or more)?

I bought a "Change Time" dollar bill changer and I'm not exactly sure how to use it. When I plug it in the lights flash on the dollar bill validator, but if you try to insert a dollar, it won't accept it. I want it to give out 4 quarters, so I loaded it with all quarters, but it wouldn't take my dollar, so I put in a few dimes and nickles and got the same result. I don't see any buttons at all to be able to program it or anything.
So I guess my question is, what do the lights mean and how do I get this thing up and running? I looked for a manual to try and figure it out on my own, but I didn't have any luck locating one.

For those of you who have some Snackshops, do they seem to be good machines? Looking at buying one and don't have much history with them to know if it's going to be a good purchase.

You can try unplugging all wire on computer board and plugging them back in has worked for me.

I was using a locator that told me she had got all the location she could in a town of 48,000 she got me 4 location..

I turned my business to Eddie he has gotten me 20 more same town..
